Most guests arrive by commercial airline through one of Florida’s gateways (i.e Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale International Airport or Orlando Melbourne International Airport) or via Nassau (Nassau International Airport). Private charter flights are also available from Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE). Conveniently located, South Bimini Airport (BIM) is only a 10-minute taxi ride from Bimini Cove.

The Bimini Ferry departs from Terminal 21, Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The address of the terminal is 2021 Eller Drive – Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316. Check-in begins at 6:00 am and ends at 8:00 am for 9 am daily departure. Cruise departs Bimini at 6:30 pm (check-in by begins at 3:45 pm & closes at 5:30 pm).

Our marina entrance features prominent green and red illuminated markers for your safety. Wellington floating docks with ample cleats provide the ideal location to dock your boat in any weather.

Upon arrival to the marina, you must clear your vessel and crew with Bahamas Customs & Immigration, which is on call to the resort property. Once you enter the port, fly the yellow quarantine flag. Once docked, the captain is permitted to leave the boat in order to clear the boat and crew with local customs and immigration. All crew is required to remain on board until the captain returns with vessel clearance.
